Sodrel campaign signs littering Main Street
I biked home from work today to the site of blue Mike Sodrel for Congress campaign signs all over the corner of Main and Broadway streets here in downtown Madison. The signs were right in the Broadway Fountain plaza flower beds … and across the street .. and down the grassy median. Yuck.
I am hoping the Republican (and unfortunately incumbent) congressman was only having a fundraiser and will take them down tonight, but I still think the placement was too aggressive.
Again, yuck. Keep the signs on private property. We pay too much in property taxes to see Republican signs on “our” property.
